About Us

97.7 FM the Moose is a nonprofit radio station. We have been on-air since December 4, 2002 and broadcast a variety of music for our listeners. From Top 40, to rock, to country, to powwow, when a listener requests a song we play it. 97.7 FM "The Moose" is an Indigenous radio station on a mission to broadcast our vibrant stories and voices, promoting reconciliation through sharing our music and languages! We're super excited to celebrate our rich culture, traditions, and the amazing initiatives happening in the Beautiful Moose Mountains. Tune in for the best mix of music, that highlights the diverse experiences of our communities. Join us and feel the power of radio like never before!

97.7 FM is on air live, Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 12 noon and from 1 pm to 4 pm with radio host Lana Littlechief.

The best mix of songs is generated each day to run for the remainder of the day and weekends.

White Bear First Nations' and area community events, job opportunities and public service notices. Community Announcements Monday to Friday at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.

Nakoda, Saulteux, and Plains Cree on-air translations broadcast throughout the day.

Moose Mountain Native Pride

All First Nation Traditional Music every Thursday from 1 - 2 pm.
